GEMSTONE PARTNERS is born from Joseph Bunton forming BUNTON REMODELING & CONSTRUCTION IN 1990, while twin brother and realtor John Bunton turned over high profile investor client’s properties to remodel. Over three decades becoming the Bunton remodeling business evolved into building single family homes in San Diego, then developing a subdivision of SFR homes in northern california, as well as developing land into a 35 unit premium complex in Pasadena, and other multi-family projects, including 4 units in Spring Valley and 12 units in Clairmont.
